Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 September 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. Any building work we carry out for you is covered by the written quotation and contract we agree with you, as explained in section 4.
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website. By using it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal information.
2. Who we are
This website is operated by CONCRAFT (“we”, “us”, “our”), Office 2, Middle Floor, 10 Guithavon Street, Witham, CM8 1BN. You can contact us at info@concraft.co.uk or on 07729 001401.
3. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else’s rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected systems, or introduce viruses or other harmful material;
- copy, scrape or reuse content from the website for commercial purposes without our written permission; or
- send us false, misleading or abusive information through the enquiry form or any other contact method.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, for example for maintenance or if we believe these terms have been broken.
4. Our services, quotations and contracts
The information on this website is a general description of the services we provide. It is not an offer that you can accept, and it does not create a contract. Any prices, timescales or examples shown are for general guidance only.
Every project starts with a site assessment, after which we provide a written quotation setting out the scope of work, price and timescales. A contract for building work exists only once you have accepted our written quotation and we have confirmed the arrangements in writing. The terms that apply to your project will be set out in that quotation and in any contract or terms of business we provide to you.
Making an enquiry through this website does not oblige you or us to enter into a contract. Nothing on this website is professional advice, such as planning, structural or legal advice, and you should take advice specific to your property where you need it.
5. Photographs, examples and reviews
Photographs, images and project descriptions on this website illustrate the type and standard of work we carry out. Every property and project is different, so the images may not reflect what can be achieved in your home or what your project will cost. Reviews and testimonials are the opinions of the people who gave them.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, logos, images, layout and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our written permission.
7. Links to other websites
This website links to third-party websites and services, including social media, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
8. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free from errors. Information may change without notice.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Subject to that, and for use of the website only: the website and its content are provided “as is”; we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, or from interruptions or viruses; and, if you are using the website for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. These limits do not apply to building work we carry out for you under a written contract, which is governed by the terms of that contract.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
